Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

I wish I had been self-employed sooner. I don’t think I had the self-belief or confidence to do it. Eventually, it was the introduction of Working Tax Credits that made the proposition feasible. I ran a computer repair business for 15 years before I retired. And I quite enjoyed being my own boss.

    I like to be a boss in my own simple way, too. 🤩This sounds wonderful, Little. I think you’re enjoying your retirement years, too.

      Thanks, Hazel. I think people can blossom when they get a certain degree of autonomy.
