In April last year, we booked a river cruise on the Douro River in Portugal. It’s the last week of this month. I’m not really fit enough to do this trip, so I’ve bowed out.
Yvonne has found a substitute person to go with her, a lady from church, and I’m really pleased about that. I think they’ll have a great time. The last night is a gala dinner where people get dressed up.
No doubt I’ll be able to amuse myself back here in Blighty.
