Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.
I’ve been procrastinating. I have Type-2 diabetes. I take a medication called Metformin for it. However, it can be reversed if I lose a significant amount of weight. It can be done, and consuming fewer carbs is a good starting point. I recently lost seven pounds without trying, and that’s the first time I’ve lost weight without trying. But with a bit more effort, I could speed up the loss.
In September, we’ll be going on a river cruise. I want to buy some new clothes for that holiday. So that’s my target date. I have eight months.
