Something on your “to-do list” that never gets done.
I’ve been procrastinating. I have Type-2 diabetes. I take a medication called Metformin for it. However, it can be reversed if I lose a significant amount of weight. It can be done, and consuming fewer carbs is a good starting point. I recently lost seven pounds without trying, and that’s the first time I’ve lost weight without trying. But with a bit more effort, I could speed up the loss.
In September, we’ll be going on a river cruise. I want to buy some new clothes for that holiday. So that’s my target date. I have eight months.

I found a 12 volt TV for the solar shed. It was an experiment as I hardly ever watch it.

What’s your favorite thing to cook?
I love cooking pizza. I used to work in a pizza shop, so I’m quite a dab hand at them. My favourite pizza is seafood with lots of mozzarella cheese and anchovies with olives. Yum! 🤤
